Illustrated Journal: Week 7- Day 2

What kind of behavior makes someone an artist?

An artist has to be committed to their work, making it the best they can. I do not feel that I am committed to my work. I feel a disconnect from most of the things that I do, and that creating certain things that do not interest me, I do not feel the drive to do them or complete them to the best of my ability.

My work flow is in complete solitude, while going through an information overload. I cannot be connected to anyone, I must be alone, whether physically or mentally, to do my work efficiently and quickly. At the same time, I need something playing in the background as I work, whether it be music or a podcast.
